Job Shadowing Visit of SNSPA Bucharest Representatives at the Faculty of Management

On 13 April 2026, the Faculty of Management welcomed three administrative representatives from Romania: Roxana Sileanu, Roxana Vulpe, and Claudia Zamfirescu from the Secretar IFR, Faculty of Public Administration, National University of Political Studies and Public Administration (SNSPA) in Bucharest.
The visit took place in the form of job shadowing and was aimed at learning more about the organizational solutions used in academic administration at our Faculty. The participants were particularly interested in the organization of the dean’s office, student services, document flow, administrative communication, and support for the teaching process. During the visit, they were guided around the Faculty and had their questions answered by Krzysztof Kowalczyk, a staff member of the Faculty of Management dean’s office.
The meeting provided a valuable opportunity for an international exchange of experience and for discussing proven solutions related to the functioning of university administration.
